▸ Virtual Event with Stella Chavez and Pati Jinich on Thursday, October 21 at 5:30pm

This virtual event will feature Stella Chavez, KERA Immigration and Demographics Reporter, in conversation with Pati Jinich, James Beard Award-winning Mexican Chef and Emmy Award-nominated TV Host. A special thank you to Yesenia Lopez, Business Owner of Yes Yes Tamales, for their partnership.

▸ Virtual Estate Planning Workshop with Barkley T. Miller and Cynde Horns on Thursday, October 21 at 3pm

October 18-22 is National Estate Planning Awareness Week. To celebrate, KERA is offering a virtual event to help with your own estate planning questions. The virtual event will feature Barkley T. Miller, Dallas Estates & Trusts Attorney, in conversation with Cynde Horne, KERA Director of Planned Giving.

▸ In-Person Event with Chris Connelly and David Brancaccio on Monday, November 1 at 5:30pm

This in-person private reception will feature Chris Connelly, KERA One Crisis Away Reporter, in conversation with David Brancaccio, Marketplace Morning Report Host and Senior Editor.

In order to maintain safety for all guests, KERA will be following CDC guidelines at this event. We are closely monitoring COVID in our region and will be in touch closer to the event date with more details, necessary changes, etc.
